So the new throttle body is much bigger than the stock one and the oem hose doesn't fit.. I use a large pipe expander tool to try to change the bore of the hose but it was very difficult as the expander opened from the free side only. I had to tie it to make it open equal both sides. Needed hot temperatures and patience..

80mm is the right size and i left it in hot in 83mm just to make sure that when it turns cold it will keep the right size.
These hoses have very strong "memory and they keep trying to turn back to the stock size..

So now i got an unexpected major problem.

I cannot change the front wheel studs with the H&R longer ones because there is not enough space on the back side of the hub.
I must put out the wheel hubs - change the studs on a bench and then press the hubs back in...

It was something that I couldnt predict..

The rear bushings were advertised to be 25mm but it was 23mm.. So i got an open space on the top of bushing.. I hope that it make no difference.

The result on the street is amazing. The handling is really awesome!

I also install the front anti roll bar today. The feeling is amazing it is much better than i expected!
Another thing is that the Siberian bushings seems to be better than the well known Powerflex.

Hi,

I added to my crap 1.4 80 hp the increased throttle body of ff3
And also replaced to fuel injectors with the new Bosch ones from ff3 also, it has 4 holes instead 2

Runs much better, idle consumption dropped to 0.5l/hour from 0.7l/hour, will check the rest in the next days as I have a trip of 600km

I do believe that a tuned software may help a bit also, tried 7M51AKB_L7 originally tuned from 1.6l as now this give me best results, if anyone have different opinion let me know

m_stavros you did a lot of things to your focus nice

I do not think that the washer is a problem. The main problem - rear wiper FF2, and the problem is solved by replacing it. What is discussed in this topic.

Ok, thanks, I will replace wiper but washer in my car is weak too. I must use too much liquid to make rear glass wet. What washer from which car I can use to replace stock? Chevrolet Niva washer is not available in my country.

May be problem in stock washer, it must be cleaned or changed on stock too. I don't have a problem with stock washer.

A few hours ago i received this new thermostat with housing. It was in the 1/4 of the genuine ford price and i thought that might be a chinese crap BUT.. It's seems like a very good quality product and it is made in Sweden!

The RS oil cooler is bigger than the ST225 and helps the oil to run in lower temperatures.
The ford genuine part is from Volvo, the brand is Behr and costs about 350€ .. So i order one from Behr that costs less than half of the price. It is exactly the same.
