My plan is to install the new SYNC 3. I've read that you will only need a new Touchscreen and a new APIM to switch from SYNC 2 to SYNC 3.

But when it's so difficult to install a SYNC 2 System in a SYNC 1 vehicle, then i won't do it.

Which tools do i need for programming?

I have a problem with cluster update. I upload with success F1ET-14C318-AC (F1ET-14C026-ABJ, F1ET-14C026-ACH, F1ET-14C026-AFG) but if try to upload other file without recovery, focccus report me "can't connect to ecu". If i try with recovery, focccus report me "can't open diagnostic session with ecu".
I try upload old files (BM5T-14C026-ACC, BM5T-14C026-AFE, BM5T-14C026-BBD) with or without recovery, same things.
I try to change "Can Timeout" from 60 to 40 msec, no way.

Any ideas?

I have no information about SYNC3 at all. No wiring schematics no software calibration or even SW description.
So I cant say anything about SYNC2->SYNC3 transfer yet.
About SYNC2 I can say everything

Can you tell me how i could upload the 2015/2016 ST IPC Software to my 2014 ST IPC?
Is it possible with focccus?

You cannt upload signal calibration to preFL instrument cluster. They have different adresses and are not compartible

Hello, I have tried to add the ESP sport function to my Titanium 2014 Focus. I was able to get the logo to change to ST and I changed the 236 entry to ST with Focccus. The entries in the IPC are not the normal ones for DE04 which is FFBF0000 and DE22 with FFFFF707. I tried the settings for the ESP which are DE04 FFFF0000 and DE22 FFFFF787. I have included the software versions and the Configs and a picture. Any Help would be greatly appreciated. i looking for info how to get screen from left version to right version:
