duorw Seems that now it is not ELM327 related problem. The problem is that your IPC doesn't accept the secondary bootloader to the address it is uploading. Maybe your IPC is different and is not supported by FoCCCus yet. I will check the right bootloader according to your log a bit later and will let you know.

Well I don`t have a tutorial it because about 90% is in my head. In common word you need to change/install about 20 new parts and add about 20 new wires to an existing looms.
Moreover it nees to be reprogrammed with Ford IDS/VCM.

I am looking for ST Mk3 Scematics.

duorw Seems that your ELM327 is not stable or fast enough. Is it based on FTDI chip? If so, try to set timeout to 1 ms in device properties in device manager (default is 16 ms). And if it doesn't help, enable logs in FoCCCus and share here.

I am looking for scematic for:

I know it is 6-pin socket with 5 cables.

CAN - white-blue, white, black(zero) and 2 more cables. (violet-white and ??? )

Could somebody check where this pins come from or has just scematic for that ?

2 - BN - illumination, should use from illumination switch of heated seat
3 - BK - GND
4 - WH-BU - CAN
5 - WH - CAN

2 - BN - illumination - lights You mean - I do not have heated seats. any other idea?

1 - power supply from battery, can connect to 3 pin on the instrument cluster
2 - can connect to 3 pin of the FCIM (button panel of the audio system)

So I was connecting it in 1.6 EB.

1. Oild TEMP - OK
2. Boost - NOT OK
3. Oil Pressure - so so - it works but seems that calibration is diffrent then in ST

if steering wheel without cruise-control then you need only to change airbag connector.

My Genuine FF 3.0 has Cruise Control

The ST 3.5 Lift has Buttons to.

I want to buy new AirBag for ST MK3,5, but I want to get working Cruise Control.

Cruise will not work.
It seems (but not approved yet) that it needs need new BCMi and/or steering wheel clock module.

Hmmm but if You install new BCM and it still does not work, it means that Steering wheel module needs to be updated.

Hello Universe, I have seen that You have fitted MK 3,5 Instrument Clusters. I have fitted to but I have problem with PARK ASSIST.

No more sound when I put R gear to go back... only visualisation on the radio screen... but no more sound. Do You have sound when You get closer to other car or wall ?
