Hi guys, i finally fixed the error U2100 (Initial Configuration not Complete)

The problem is that the Calibration Configuration File is not installed in brand new modules. You can easily see that because in the F10A address, instead of a calibration filename there is a text like "12 Channel Configuration" and this is not correct.

To fix the problem you have to manually flash the files.
To do that you have to use UCDS VBF Loader or Forscan (2.4 Beta) PAM Firmware Update, PAY ATTENTION TO THE FILES ORDER!!!

First of all, check your PAM Part Number.

If the P/N is F1ET the files you have to flash are:

1) F1ET-14C093-AA.vbf (Boot Loader)
2) F1ET-14C090-BH.vbf (ECU Software)
3) F1ET-14C647-BCL.vbf (ECU Calibration Configuration)

If the P/N is GJ5T the files you have to flash are:

1) F1ET-14C093-AA.vbf (Boot Loader)
2) F1ET-14C090-BH.vbf (ECU Software)
3) GJ5T-14C647-BB.vbf (ECU Calibration Configuration)

Once you did that, open forscan, go to PAM Asbuilt Configuration and select WRITE ALL (this is MANDATORY, you can also use UCDS but i prefer use forscan for that particular thing because UCDS try to write non DE** sector and this can cause errors)

Once you wrote the whole configuration scan DTCs, delete the errors and bingo, no more DTC U2100.

N.B
This guide is for PAM module with B* part number (active park assist) ONLY. If you have an A* the files are different!

Good work man. I will try and write the results here.

No.. forget about the 39. The forum replaced the ' character with HTML encoded version, which is &#39

Ok could you please tell me if you solve the problem. Thanks..

&#39 is the code for the apostrophe.. i dunno why it show like that lol..
i haven't done mine yet, but i checked bot hfuse and i can confirm that in my car i have voltage on both!

Probably because i have Factory ACS, which is managed by the same fuse if i remember correctly

You mean F39 is BJB (engine fuse box)? I checked it says in the owner's manual that is is not used.

bridge the F28 with any other fuse which has voltage with car off but ignition on, it shouldn't be a problem... i still have to mount the acc on my car but i will have the same problem as your, and i think i'll do exactly that.

Actually we did the same thing we took from f29 but it did not accept we took it from F63 bcm we did not make it again. I do not know what the problem is. What is #39? Did you install yours?

we are trying to install ACC to 2015 Focus 1.5 TDCI automatic with start&stop function. As you know there is no pin for the BCM in stop&start vehicles according to the ACC schematic. F28 in EJB will be connected instead of F63 in BCM. However there is no voltage in F28 and we could not install the ACC.

Do you have a solution for this guys???

Thanks...

Then as guys already wrote you need apply work direct config to your module. But do not forget that Kroligoff wrote you. For apply config via UCDS you need use these adapter settings "Session 0x03, Security 0x01". This is a very important!

I activated the acc thanks to you. However, the RES and LIM buttons are not functional. How can I use those buttons please help me. Thanks a lot.

Many thanks to mikryashov and Kroligoff. After uploading the configuration I managed to activate the acc.

You are the men. Thanks again for your help.

However RES and LIM buttons are not working. Is there any problem with the button or the software issue???

Do you think that I need to change the button??

Yes I did the vertical aligning and we tried to make the horizontal one but the acc is unavailable again.

I checked all the wiring again.
F44 goes to CCM connector 10,
BCM 7 (C2280F) goes to 1,
HS CAN+ (from BJB connector) goes to 8,
HS CAN- (from BJB connector) goes to 7,
and the Ground goes to 4.

To rid off this error you should upload direct configuration to the CCM module via UCDS.
Direct configuration: https://www.dropbox.com/s/32jxw4tcsfqi7wn/Direct...ml?dl=0

I already made it. I upload that configuration to CCM. It gave 13 errors. you know there are 14 configuration only one was succeed. After that we made the calibration but it failed again.

Try to search the error code in this thread.

I read all the thread but I could not find a solution to this. I did everything. Reset the modules like BCM, CCM but it did not anything.

What do you mean with vertical and horizontal aligning? There is no option in the programs.

There is a DTC which is C1A67 on the CCM. It says Forward looking sensor: wrong mounting position.

When you installed the radar, did you align it by vertically and horizontally?

Thanks for your reply. I tried to calibrate with ids, fdrs and ucds. However, I could not get the acc.

By the way, I did #97:02. Sorry for the wrong typing. Thanks galipst. 52.
