No, it`s not PNP, unfortunately. For example - VOL button in mk3 wheel is one set with 5 buttons, in mk4 - 3*2 buttons. Other buttons - the same.

A pity, I want to change my steering wheel for an ST-line of my current generation of Kuga, but here in Spain it is very expensive. I like the wheel of the FF4 better. Is it very difficult to change the pin out of the steering wheel? Has a lot of work? Thanks for the help. Cheers
