yes i have tried to configure via forscan. if i change the country code it turns it off but loose navigation and carplay still has motion lock activated.

Yes this is what i'm talking about can it be removed form sync 3 ? I have added Sync 2 to my vehicle and cannot upgrade to sync 3 due to this speed in motion lock coming on even when the vehicle is stopped.
