английский/немецкий или попросту попрактиковаться в английском/немецком с форумчанами. Допускается "умеренное" обсуждение школ, курсов и тд., но, желательно, чтобы в теме все же доминировало именно общение на указанных иностранных языках. Заранее спасибо!

As English is a member of Roman group of languages |
Really??? I am sure it belongs to the German group.
BlackwindRoman, German, makes no difference
by the way I was very impressed by the Scottish English.
Scotts use some native scottish words instead of english ones.
The most well known is Loch which means Lake.

"Романо-германское" is department at Philological Faculty.
as for the English language it belongs to Indo-European Family, German Group. but of course there are a lot of words borrowed from Roman languages in English as well.

I increased your rating. |
btw its better to use present perfect in this phrase, because you were talking about the completed action.
baraNEO
Present Perfect doesn't correlate to perfect aspect, it is usually used in compound centences to accentuate the previous perfect action;)

I suppose you mean PAST perfect, which is used ONLY in compound sentenses.

perfective

Letter from Shwarz!
Terminator forever
---
To the Members of the California State Assembly:
I am returning Assembly Bill 1176 without my signature.
For some time now I have lamented the fact that major issues are overlooked while many
unnecessary bills come to me for consideration. Water reform, prison reform, and health
care are major issues my Administration has brought to the table, but the Legislature just
kicks the can down the alley.
Yet another legislative year has come and gone without the major reforms Californians
overwhelmingly deserve. In light of this, and after careful consideration, I believe it is
unnecessary to sign this measure at this time.
Sincerely,
Arnold Schwarzenegger
