2) Install Maps and voice maps

With Cyanlabs you can do this.

And you can install only the maps and voice you interested.
This file 1U5T-14G421-BHH contains the EU_East maps (I think with Russia maps).
This file 4U5T-14G422-BCF contains the Russian voice map.
You can install only Russia map&voice and not Italy, France, Spain, and England map&voice.
You save time and space on your sync.

You should modify the autoinstall to install what you Want.
