Great! thanks for the help!
When upgrading a sync3 unit without navigation to a unit from a wrecked car with original navigation, do i have to change the VIN number that is programmed in it ? Or will it lose the navigation function when i do that ? (i have a UCDS for this)

you can check your as-build data, maybe you can have a look at this site and enter your VIN;
http://ford.xtlt.ru/ab/ and then item #59

Found the problem... bad grounding on camera unit... the good thing is that the picture shows when selecting reverse !!!
Thanks for your help
i've read the "myford touch" topic and what i found is that the BM5T-19H423-AD module requires a BM5T-19G490-CB camera. What i have mounted originaly is a -LB camera...!?
Could this be the problem ?
installed the BM5T-19H423-AD module today but camera is still not working... throughs up DTC B115E:08-0B on IPMB
On the new front light;
pin 1 = constant power from interior light relay and F60 on BCM
pin 2 = link to rear light pin 4
pin 3 = illumination switch (BCM connector C4 pin 20)
pin 4 = interior light dimmer signal (BCM connector C4 pin 11)
pin 5 = GND
pin 6 = link to rear light pin 6
The new rear light;
pin 1 = constant power from interior light relay and F60 on BCM
pin 2 = not connected
pin 3 = illumination switch (BCM connector C4 pin 20)
pin 4 = to pin 2 front light
pin 5 = GND
pin 6 = to pin 6 front light
Maybe you have to check what the functions are of your current wiring !
Super !!!
So a BM5T-19H423-AD will work with the camera (BM5T-19G490-LB) and Sync2 system.
Just upgraded to a Sync2 system in my 2013 ford focus, but now the original camera setup is not working...
Module BM5T-19H423-CB and camera BM5T-19G490-LB is installed but will this setup work with sync2 or do i need to change anything...?
I-CAN = MM-CAN as far as i can see in the schematics !

That is what i have found so far, with this information i have got the active lines working (when moving my steering wheel). But the "grey" blocks stay grey when detecting a obstacle...
as far as i know Forscan wil calculate and correct checksum for you
what i found so far;
7B1-01-01 = AAAA BBBB CC
AAAA; 0077 is a ST
0045 is a "normal" car
BBBB; 1202 is a wagon
1302 is a hatchback
CC; checksum
7B1-02-02 and 7B1-03-01 are the same for all modules, 0000 BC and 51C8 D5.
7B1-02-01 and 7B1-04-04 still trying to find out
changed my data to ('13 wagon 1.0L);
0045 1202 13
0501 0100 00C2
0000 BC
51C8 D5
0C3C 050A
and now the active lines are working, but no PDC aft-sensor data...

Can some people show me the following details from your vehicle (from forscan, IPMB as-built data);
hi everyone,
i have a strange thing with FoCCCus, in the original situation the fuel economy was in KM/L, after reading the BCM and enabling the reverse camera wrote the new config to the BCM and IPC. So the camera is working but fuel consumption is now in L/100KM, what caused this change and how can i get it back to KM/L ?
Thanks for the help !!
Signed up today in the hope you specialists can help me with my reverse camera problem...?!
What i have installed;
BCM; BV6N 14A073-FT
FCDIM; BM5T 18B955-DE
IPMB; BM5T 19H423-CB (new)
Camera; BM5T 19G490-LB (new)
Now the problem is that the image is upside down and the active parking lines are missing
